HOLIDAY INN AT OCOTILLO-CHANDLER, ARIZONA WINS INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS GROUP (IHG) 2006 TORCHBEARER AWARD

CHANDLER, AZ, October 11, 2006-The Holiday Inn at Ocotillo in Chandler, Arizona has received the 2006 InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) Torchbearer Award, one of the company's most prestigious awards.

          The Torchbearer Awards were presented at a special ceremony during the 2006 IHG Americas Investors & Leadership Conference in Toronto, Canada on October 5, 2006. Owner, Rudy Dabdoub and General Manager Leslie Beringer accepted the award. More than 3,500 franchise owners, operators and company officials attended the 2006 IHG Americas Investors & Leadership Conference.

          The Holiday Inn at Ocotillo-Chandler is one of only 20 properties chosen from the IHG system of more than 3,500 hotels for achieving the highest levels of excellence in all aspects of operation -- from quality to customer satisfaction. A Torchbearer trophy, the company's symbol of excellence, will be on permanent display at the hotel.

          The Holiday Inn at Ocotillo-Chandler opened just two years ago, making this achievement even more impressive. "The team worked very, very hard to attain this accomplishment!" said Beringer. "Not only will this solidify our commitment to quality service, but it motivates us for years to come!"

          The Holiday Inn at Ocotillo is owned by Northface Investments and managed by Cima Enterprises.
